Terms and Conditions for the Conscious Leadership Collective (CLC) Monthly Membership

By enrolling in the Conscious Leadership Collective (CLC) monthly membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview

The CLC is a monthly membership program providing access to resources, community, and tools to support leadership growth and personal development. Features include:

• Monthly Meeting of Minds (virtual gatherings)
• Access to the CLC online community and resources
• Additional tools and benefits as outlined in the membership plan

2. Payment Terms

• The monthly membership fee is $20.00
• Payment is automatically charged to the payment method on file each month on the same date of enrollment.
• All payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships are a 12-month commitment and cannot be canceled or terminated during this period.
• After the initial 12 months, memberships will automatically renew every month. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time within the 12-month commitment period or any subsequent billing cycle.

4. Membership Access

• Access to CLC content and benefits is available as long as the membership is active and payments are current.
• Failure to process payment will result in suspension or termination of membership access.

5. Community Guidelines

• Members are expected to engage respectfully within the CLC community.
• Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of membership without a refund.

6. Content Usage

• All materials, resources, and recordings provided through the CLC are for personal use only.
• Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Program Changes

• The CLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue program features or pricing. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The CLC and its facilitators provide guidance, tools, and community support, but results depend on individual participation and effort. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

9. Governing Law

The laws of Florida govern these terms and conditions.
